Called to Serve

In May of this year, our oldest son, Dean, received a two-year call to serve in the Washington, Kennewick mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints!

Dean's mission call:

Dean opened his call at Grandma's house.  We were happy that many of our family members were able to come for the occasion!

Dean worked at Subway for several months to earn money for his mission.  He was able to earn enough to pay for all of his preparation expenses, and the first 8 months of his mission.  He probably would've earned more if he'd been able to find a job in Idaho.  He was able to find employment only a week and a half after we moved back to Arizona!  We're proud of all his hard work.
